  I eat here regularly.
  The waitstaff is very kind and accommodating. The service is usually prompt, but trivia night does slow things down, as one would expect.  The food is consistently good. We even have a favorite server.
  My only bad experience came one night when they were doing a "sound check" for a gig the next night. It was unbearably loud, and it was over an hour long. It was impossible to have a conversation in the restaurant or enjoy your meal. The waitress literally had to shout. We asked them several times to reduce the volume and they would not. As a musician, I understand the necessity for a sound check; I've done plenty. I also understand that it doesn't take an hour, nor should it be painful.

  When we showed up at 6:00 PM there were only six other people in the restaurant. I counted because I found it to be very odd. While we had not been in forever my girlfriend and I used to enjoy this spot. One of the couples had to chase down the waiter in order to pay, and I should have trusted my gut and left. The wings savored the experience as they had the crispness and flavor. Unfortunately the fries came out cold and barely cooked. The real disappointment was the steak. Tough and flavorless. Hopefully this place can get back to good management because the below average food and non existent customer service lost this customer.

  Twenty years ago this place was still fun, but the fun slap wore off of it. It's a bit tougher around the edges. Had a little too much beer spilled, one too many holed punched in the wall. Still got a fair to middling club sandwich but otherwise it's fallen off. The burgers are so greasy they are almost inedible. Last one I had I had to sit down no more than half way done because the grease was just a oozing out everywhere. Salads never have been any good. It's turned into a beer bar where people crowd around the table or congregate outside the front doors smoking. They have live music with loud bands. On s positive note they have very good icy cold crunchy pickles and agreeable service.

  It's my first time here. It's a really great place to eat great food, also you can see all the sports. Our bartender  was very kind, attentive and courteous. The happy hour is available Monday to Saturday (5pm-7pm).

  I placed a delivery order at 11:30 and the server stated 30/45 mins for delivery. Didn't receive my lunch til almost 1:00. Burger and fries were cold. Fries were mush and the driver lost my receipt. Nobody would answer the phone after that. Last time I'll ever spend money with this place. Oh and the driver brought me a fountain drink from the QT...
